Our deliveries are carefully packaged and inspected before leaving our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days and we always try to have all available items in stock. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange a full refund or let you know the ETA for that item. Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Freight charges for all orders within the Bay of Plenty region incur a flat fee of $10.00 (excluding Rural addresses). Orders should arrive 1-3 working days after dispatch and please allow an extra 1-3 days for rural delivery. Over the Christmas period and public holidays, there will be extra delays with couriers. If your order has not arrived in the specified time frame please contact us. Large commercial equipment will incur a delivery fee. If you would like to discuss delivery options for large equipment, feel free to email us or give us a call on 027 484 7817. If you are a local business ordering each week, the delivery fee is just $5.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Our carriers cannot deliver to Post Office boxes, as a result we require a physical delivery address.
Damages
Espresso Merchants is not liable for any products damaged or lost items during shipping, but will liaise with the courier company to rectify damages. If your package arrives damaged please note this damage when signing. You cannot claim for damaged goods if a package has been signed for in good order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend that you take photos of the damage and packaging as this will record the time and date and also evidence of the damage.
